Vaccination record, your pet's usual food for the length of the stay, and any medication with instructions. Bedding and bowls are provided, but a familiar blanket helps.

What is the difference between indoor AC and outdoor boarding?

Both are climate-controlled and cleaned twice a day. Indoor AC kennels are fully air-conditioned; outdoor kennels are kept at a comfortable temperature with open airflow.

Will I get updates while my dog is boarding?

Yes. We send a photo or short video every evening, and we call the moment anything looks off.

How are the kennels kept clean?
